SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jason D. Bieber, 31, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed May 30 by Middlesex Township police.

David L. Birckbichler, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed May 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Mark A. Cash, 39, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed June 5 by Buffalo Township police.

Mary E. Crimboli, 26, of Hostetter, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed May 28 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael J. Donnelly, 59, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed May 28 by Buffalo Township police.

Michael B. Grabowski Jr., 37, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed May 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Tyler J. Nealon, 27, of Sarver waived to court charges of criminal mischief and harassment, filed June 16 by Buffalo Township police.

Morgan D. Resanovich, 22, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed April 23 by state police.

Cody A. Robison, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed June 11 by state police.

Daniel J. Slater, 26, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 4 by state police. Slater was ordered to pay $475.50 in fines and court costs.

Joseph B. Torres, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless driving, filed May 28 by Middlesex Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard the following case filed by state police:Paula L. Speicher, 40, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving an all-terrain vehicle under the influence and driving an ATV on the road, filed April 27.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township Police Department:Jessica Renee Mihm, 31, of Zelienople waived to court charges of corruption of minors, retail theft and possession of a controlled substance field on April 6. In a separate case, Mihm also waived to court a charge of retail theft filed on April 16.Daniel James Ferguson, 46, of Conway, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, theft of services, five counts of recklessly endangering another person and resisting arrest filed on April 27.Lauren L.
