The Jamisons in 1963

Bob and Peggy Jamison of Meridian celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Shakespeare’s Restaurant in Ellwood City.

Jamison married the former Peggy Tidball on July 6, 1963, at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Butler.

They have three children, Michele Gonda of Butler, Denise Monday of Renfrew and Tricia Dulya of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren.

Jamison retired from the Armco melt shop.

Mrs. Jamison retired from Lifesteps Preschool.

The Jamisons are members of Meridian United Presbyterian Church.
