BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jonathan N. Bach, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 25 by Butler Township police.

Brandon D. Cornetti, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, careless driving, reckless driving and littering on a highway, filed April 17 by state police.

John E. Hardisty, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, simple assault, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 2 by township police.

Cory J. Hennessy, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, filed May 22 by township police.

Richard P. Hennessy, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, trespass by vehicle and driving at an unsafe speed, filed April 17 by township police.

Wayne R. Johnson., 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed May 14 by township police.

Robert C. Kessler Jr., 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief, filed April 11 by township police. Kessler was ordered to pay $1,070.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Alysia L. McCloskey Herold, 43, of Butler waived to court two counts each of access device fraud, identity theft and receiving stolen property, and charges of theft of lost or mislaid property, theft by unlawful taking and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Feb. 8 by township police.

Bloc A. Page, 22, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of tampering with physical evidence, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, speeding, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and littering on a highway, filed April 4 by township police.

Christine M. Petrarulo, 28, of Butler waived to court two counts each of child endangerment and corruption of minors, and charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 24 by township police.

Jacob D. Raducz, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 7 by state police.

Michael W. Roman, 36, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of providing false ID to law enforcement and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 15 by township police. Roman was ordered to pay $770.50 in fines and court costs.
