The Moraine Trails Council of the Boy Scouts on Thursday honored Margaret Irvine Weir, president of NexTier Bank, and Hunter Truck Sales and Service as the distinguished citizen and distinguished company, respectively, at the council’s annual Distinguished Citizens Award Dinner.
