District Judge Sue HaggertySAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Daniel A. Edmunds Jr., 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of resisting arrest, criminal trespass, defiant trespass, stalking and disorderly conduct, filed June 1 by Buffalo Township police.Matthew J. Farer, 22, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of possessing marijuana, filed April 23 by state police.Kimberly Ann Nagy, 27, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with improper tires and a hazard light violation, filed March 28 by state police.Mark L. Powell, 48, of Homer City, Indiana County, was held for court on charges of DUI, filed Dec. 20 by state police.Brian M. Stivason, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, attempted sexual abuse of children and corruption of minors, filed May 9 by state police.Ian C. Toy, 28, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Feb. 26 by state police.Matthew P. District Judge Tim ShafferSLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Douglas B. Bartmas Jr., 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Feb. 12 by state police. Bartmas was ordered to pay $1,065.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Jacqueline Beatty, 72, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failing to keep right, filed April 16 by Slippery Rock police.Christopher J. Becki, 30, of Stoneboro, Mercer County, waived to court charges of simple assault, trespass and two counts of harassment, filed Jan. 30 by state police.Tyler Charlton, 18, of Oakdale, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 11 by Slippery Rock University police.Robert W. Dunkel Jr., 41, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a charge of stalking, filed April 17 by SRU police.Michael J. Hemann, 36, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 6 by Harrisville police. Hemann was ordered to pay $720.50 in fines and court costs.Edward J. McCauslin, 48, of Harrisville was held for court on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 16 by state police.Joshua J. Miller, 21, of Butler waived to court three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and charges of conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 12 by state police.

Hilliard, 27, of Butler waived to court three counts of retail theft, filed May 16.Steven S. McClintock, 23, of Jackson Center, Mercer County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 6.
