SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:
Timothy E. Bodnar, 22, of Irwin waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed March 20 by Slippery Rock police.
John C. Bragdon, 46, of Florida was held for court on charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed Feb. 1 by state police.
Ashley E. Codispot, 30, of Harrisville waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and intent to possess a controlled substance, filed March 27 by the state attorney general.
Ryan S. Ferguson, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court nine counts each of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and knowingly possessing a counterfeit access device, filed March 15 by state police.
Michael J. Hoffman, 27, of Harrisburg waived to court charges of DUI, disregard to single lane and driving at unsafe speed, filed March 6 by state police.
Jennifer L. Lowrie, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed March 13 by the state attorney general.
Rameen R. Mamoozadeh, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and accidents involving damage to unattended property, filed March 20 by state police.
Mark D. Morrison, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment, filed March 6 by state police.
Ronald P. Oravec Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed March 30 by state police.
Andrew P. Stewart, 36, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of invasion of privacy, filed Dec. 17 by state police.
Tammy L. Warrington, 48, of Union City waived to court a charge of theft of services, filed Oct. 23 by Slippery Rock police.

Buccelli, 52, of New Castle was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 2 by Middlesex Township police.Michael P. Burns, 25, of Monongahela waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 19 by state police.Gerald B. McNally Jr., 42, of Freeport waived to court charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed May 2 by Buffalo Township police. McNally Jr. also was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed April 7 by Buffalo Township police.Gary J. Negley, 20, of Brackenridge waived to court charges of failure to use turn signals, nine counts each of manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, and 80 counts each of possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 28 by Buffalo Township police.Alan C. Perine, 50, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 12 by state police for an offense that occurred Aug. 27. He was sentenced to pay $370.50 in fines and court costs.Donald L. Perine, 59, of Cabot was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, prohibited possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance by an unregistered individual and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 12 by state police for an offense that allegedly happened Aug. 27.Taylor K. Patterson, 24, no address provided, waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey stop or yield signs, filed April 7 by Buffalo Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Rachel Braham, 33, of Hilliards waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 29 by state police. She also waived to court separate charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 29 by state police. In a third case, Braham waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
