District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Robert Avondo II, 48, of Mars waived his case to court. Zelienople police on March 6 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

David C. Offen II, 35, of Butler waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 7 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Kierstin Roofner, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Zelienople police on March 8 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stephen Edward Echnat, 49, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Zelienople police on March 6 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

John D. Uhl, 52, of Zelienople waived his case to court. County sheriffs on March 12 charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

William Michael Baxter, 25, of Callery waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 24 charged him with accidents involving death or personal injury, careless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Anthony Bauer, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Marc R. Brown, 53, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 27 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Robert John Felger, 37, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Tyler Eric Cotto, 20, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 13 charged him with driving with a suspended license.

Brandy Fallecker, 22, of Butler waived her case to court. The state police on March 24 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Robert Dale Hollabaugh, 43, of Cambridge Springs waived his case to court. The state police on Feb. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Zachary Ryan Dewaine, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 24 charged him with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

William Wayne Harris II, 25, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 13 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Nicholas William Seebacher, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. The state police on March 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Bradley Edward Greb, 31, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Matthew James Roth, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Evans City police on March 4 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Eric Brandon Demko, 18, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on April 1 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and purchasing alcohol as a minor.

Stephen R. Nathani, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 25 charged him with driving under the ability of a controlled substance.

Ashley Joan Gillette, 25, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 27 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.
