Moniteau baseball rallies, 6-4

Aaron Marterella worked 4 1/3 innings of relief to pick up the win as the Moniteau baseball team rallied for a 6-4 victory over East Forest Monday afternoon.

Zach Jewart singled and drove in two runs and Austin Blauser had a pair of hits as the Warriors (3-7) scored three runs in the top of the seventh to pull out the victory.

Erin Hershman smashed two home runs and drove in three as Mars pounded out 17 hits in an 8-6 win over Pine-Richland.

Taylor Rotz also had four hits, including a double, and drove in two runs and Suzanne Papik had a double and scored three runs for the Planets (9-8).
