SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Walter K. Crist, 52, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an improper left turn, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 20 by state police.
Laura J. Dalena, 53, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence of marijuana, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, a lane violation, failing to notify authorities of a change of address and failing to carry her driver's license, filed March 21.
Randy L. Dininger, 57, of Cabot waived to court charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, 13 counts of illegally possessing a firearm, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 12 by state police.
Dylan J. Giger, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police and reckless driving, filed March 13 by Buffalo Township police. In a separate complaint filed March 11 by Buffalo Township police, he waived to court charges of simple assault, interfering with the custody of children and criminal mischief.
Frank A. Nagy Jr., 45, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of bad checks and access device fraud, filed March 23 by Penn Township police.
Kevin S. Peiffer, 37, of Sarver waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 14 by state police.
Daniel A. Smith, 25, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Feb. 20 by state police.

Bartmas, 19, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and an open container violation, filed Dec. 10 by state police.Jason D. Madden, 34, of Portersville waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed March 30 by state police.Terrance B. Swanberg, 34, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, filed Feb. 12 by state police.Casey J. Wynn, 23, of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 6 by state police.Anthony M. Zaunegger, 19, of Erie waived to court a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 14 by Slippery Rock University police.
