Birch 50th anniversary
Thomas and (Mary) Linda Birch of Fenelton celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Fortune Star in Butler.
Birch married the former Linda Burris on Feb. 15, 1963, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
They have two children, Kelly Kerr and Tim Birch, both of Fenelton.
They also have five grandchildren.
Birch was a welder. He worked at Pullman and retired from PennDOT in Butler.
He is a member of the Happy Hunters Club of Fenelton. He enjoys traveling out west, hunting with his son and grandsons and working in his woodshop.
Mrs. Birch worked at Household Finance and retired from Service Star in East Butler.
She enjoys camping with grandchildren, traveling out west, volunteering at St. John Roman Catholic Church of Coylesville and cookouts with their children and grandchildren.
