Evans, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 4.Aubrey D. Fields, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 25.Michael S. Green, 56, of Slippery Rock was held for court on a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Feb. 25.Sean R. Hooper, 24, of Grove City waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 22.Pablo Ledesma, 19, of Fort Worth, Texas, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI while a minor, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking and driving at an unsafe speed, filed March 18.Justin R. Fleeger, 41, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of forgery, theft, access device fraud and identity theft, filed Jan. 28.Krystan N. Gurowski, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 15.Christopher M. Panko, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, improperly entering or crossing a road, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Feb. 25.Erik J. Williams, 34, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in separate complaints filed March 30 and 31.Police say Williams, two days earlier, allegedly struck a 28-year-old Chicora woman in the face during an altercation about 10:30 p.m. March 28 on Harper Road in Concord Township. Williams is charged in the case with simple assault.
