SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Nathan Anderson, 24, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Travis J. Black, 37, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed in separate complaints Dec. 6 and Jan. 7 by state police.
Brandon D. Cornetti, 21, of Chicora waived to court a charge of making a false report, filed Feb. 19 by state police.
William A. Hohman, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of being a habitual offender for driving with a suspended license, driving with an improper class of license, driving at an unsafe speed, driving a vehicle without insurance and without valid inspection, filed Dec. 5 by Penn Township police.
Lindsay K. Kleeman, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Feb. 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Colin Rensel waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 12 by Middlesex Township police.
Ryan S. Stepp, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed in separate complaints Dec. 12 and Jan. 17 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Michelle Ann Coulter, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment, filed March 25.James Darkowski, 52, of Petrolia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, possessing drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 25.Paul A. Duncan, 49, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 4.Bennie L. Oliver, 35, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of criminal mischief, filed April 1.David L. Shoup, 28, of East Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed March 25. Shoup was ordered to pay $171.50 in fines and court costs.
