Kenneth J. Fetter Jr., 34, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed March 9 by township police.

Nicholas B. Fox, 19, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of criminal mischief and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 31 by township police.

John P. Harrison, 35, of Clarion waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 14 by township police.

Travis R. Hilliard, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Feb. 14 by township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Nikolas A. Gaillot, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 24. Gaillot was ordered to pay $487 in fines and court costs.Nathan Hinderliter, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 20.Brittany J. Kelsea, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and careless driving, filed Feb. 25.Justin X. Selfridge, 18, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 21. Selfridge was ordered to pay $370.50 in fines and court costs.Daniel W.
