BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Michael J. Buzas, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, criminal mischief and two counts of harassment, field Feb. 19 by township police.

Kenneth J. Fetter Jr., 34, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed March 9 by township police.

Nicholas B. Fox, 19, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of criminal mischief and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 31 by township police.

John P. Harrison, 35, of Clarion waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 14 by township police.

Travis R. Hilliard, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Feb. 14 by township police.

Cheyenne A. Karch, 35, of Butler, waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 15 by township police.

Jeffrey P. Lopez, 31, of Grove City waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and possessing instruments of crime, filed Jan. 31 by township police.

Ronald K. Musick, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 15 by township police.

Anthony D. Staab, 52, of Trafford, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Jan. 16 by state police.

David H. Tack Jr., 48, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 14 by township police.

Ashlee E. Vargon, 20, of Ambridge, Beaver County waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed March 11 by township police.

Joel B. Walker, 26, of Grove City waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 31 by township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Nikolas A. Gaillot, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 24. Gaillot was ordered to pay $487 in fines and court costs.Nathan Hinderliter, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 20.Brittany J. Kelsea, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and careless driving, filed Feb. 25.Justin X. Selfridge, 18, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 21. Selfridge was ordered to pay $370.50 in fines and court costs.Daniel W. Truckley, 24, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft and trespass, filed May 21.
