Butler Police10:14 p.m. Friday — Jack C. Otte Jr., 34, of Butler was charged with simple assault and terroristic threats after he allegedly “threw around” his wife during a domestic disturbance at their West North Street home, then threatened to kill her if she called police, according to a police report.
