Butler Police3:41 p.m. March 7 — A car driven by Joshua Hoover, 25, of Kittanning and a car driven by John Bellini, 39, of Butler collided on Kittanning Street. The impact sent Bellini’s car into the back of a building at 431 E. Jefferson St. No injuries were reported and there was no damage to the building.
Butler Township2:45 a.m. March 11 — Alan Fedokovitz, 46, of Lyndora was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple traffic violations after his vehicle hit a telephone pole along Whitestown Road.12:41 a.m. Feb. 25 — Christopher Nunez, 27, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after police responded to a disturbance call at the Walmart in Butler Commons. Adam Spinner, 23, of Butler also was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
State Police, Butler11:22 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Amanda Benner, 20, of Bradford in McKean County hit a disabled vehicle along Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. She received minor injuries.3:25 p.m. Monday — An SUV driven by Pamela Miller, 56, of Petrolia hit a tree along a slush-covered Petrolia Road in Fairview Township. She received minor injuries.6:39 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Rose Metheney, 58, of Grove City hit the metal guard of a truck that slowed on William Flinn Highway in Brady Township. She received minor injuries and was cited for careless driving.12:10 a.m. Sunday — Darren Osche of Summit Township reported his vehicle was hit while it was parked on Herman Road near the Herman Volunteer Fire Company. There was roughly $200 in damage to the vehicle’s front grille.7:22 a.m. Saturday — H&M Truck and Auto reported a burglary at its Old Route 422 location in Franklin Township in which $6 in cash and various documents were stolen. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.Saturday — Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint along Route 8 in Center Township. As a result, three people were arrested for driving under the influence, one person was placed in Butler County Prison on a felony warrant and 10 traffic citations were issued.
State Police, Mercer10:39 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Kara Parrucci, 20, of Mars spun around and hit the guardrail on a slush-covered Interstate 79 in Findley Township.6 p.m. March 14 — An SUV driven by Thomas Prorok, 79, of Harrisville and a pickup driven by Andrew Wasser, 26, of Grove City collided on Sandy Lake Road in Wolf Creek Township. Wasser, who received moderate injuries, and Prorok, who received minor injuries, were taken to Grove City Medical Center for treatment. Prorok was cited for failing to yield while making a left turn.
