Thomas and Mary Ann Geiger

Mary Ann and Thomas Geiger of Valencia celebrated 55 years of marriage with a family dinner at home.

Geiger married the former Mary Ann Knorpp on Feb. 15, 1958, at Holy Name Catholic Church in Birmingham, Mich.

They have five children, Garrett of Seattle, Wash., Daniel of Butler, Stephen of Ballston Spa, N.Y., Arthur of Butler and Maggie of San Jose, Costa Rica.

They also have nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Geiger retired from Westinghouse Electric as a mechanical engineer and dynamicist.

Mrs. Geiger is a needlework historian and a needlework instructor.

The Geigers are members of the Holy Sepulcher Church in Glade Mills.
