11:44 a.m. Sunday — Dennis A. Williams, 29, was arrested after allegedly assaulting his wife, Jesse M. Williams, 24, during a domestic dispute at their home in the 600 block of Center Avenue. Jesse Williams, who complained of pain to her head, neck and hip, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. Dennis Williams was placed in the Butler County Prison on a charge of simple assault.11:11 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Brandy J. Kutsch, 31, of Butler struck another car parked in the 100 block of Third Avenue. Police said she did not stop. A neighbor spotted the crash and notified authorities.Police on Sunday found Kutsch and her car on Second Avenue. She initially denied being in the accident but later admitted hitting the other car and driving away. The other car sustained damage to its driver's side.A search of Kutsch's car, according to police, turned up a digital scale and other suspected drug contraband. Police said Kutsch is charged with hit-and-run and possession of drug paraphernalia.5:55 a.m. Saturday — Taylor C. Stevenson, 19, of Evans City was arrested for driving under the influence after his car struck head-on a sport utility vehicle parked in the 300 block of First Street. Both vehicles sustained severe front-end damage.A breath test showed Stevenson's blood-alcohol level was 0.154 percent, or nearly double the 0.08 percent level considered intoxicated under state law, according to police.Stevenson, in addition to DUI, is charged with minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system.

2:41 a.m. Sunday — Travis Sanderson, 22, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a tree along West Park Road in Brady Township. Following the crash, police said Sanderson fled the scene. He was later found at his home.4:28 p.m. Saturday — Michael P. Crawley, 33, no known address, allegedly violated a 31-year-old Zelienople woman's protection from abuse order when he called her on the telephone at a home in Clay Township. Crawley faces a charge of indirect criminal contempt.Feb. 3 — Six handguns were reported stolen in a burglary at a home on Double Road in Connoquenessing Township. The break-in happened between Dec. 15 and Feb. 3.The guns, valued at a combined $2,450, are a .44-caliber Magnum Ruger Redhawk revolver, a .357-caliber Magnum Ruger GP 100 revolver, a Taurus .38-caliber Special pistol, a 9 mm Glock 19 pistol, a 9 mm Intertec Luger 9 Tec pistol and a .22-caliber Beretta 950 pistol.

10:44 a.m. Friday — Jacquelyn M. Marsh, 51, of Emlenton was hurt when her sport utility vehicle rolled over after sliding off snow-covered Route 322 in Ashland Township. March, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to UPMC Northwest hospital in Seneca, Venango County, with moderate injuries.
