4:22 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Lucas R. Adams, 16, of Fenelton crashed into a utility pole along Herman Road just west of Criley Road in Clearfield Township. Adams was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Butler Township Police2:18 a.m. Monday — Dennis J. Allen, 33, of Sunset, Texas, was arrested for driving under the influence on Wise Road. Allen had driven away after an argument with his girlfriend, 36-year-old Kelly Jackson of Butler, at her home.In addition to DUI, Allen is charged with driving without a license. He also was cited for harassment in connection with the domestic dispute with his girlfriend.11:01 p.m. Sunday — Timothy Klabnik, 32, of Butler was arrested after allegedly assaulting his wife during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,500 bail.7:48 p.m. Friday — Timothy Fulks, 19, of Butler is accused of disrupting a yoga session. Police found Fulks after getting a report of a man screaming into the Mind-Body Yoga building on New Castle Road. He was cited for disorderly conduct.Thursday — Police filed drug-related and other charges against Nicholas Blue Fox, 19, of Gibsonia stemming from a July 16 traffic stop in the township.Fox, a passenger in the vehicle, was found with marijuana and other contraband. During the stop, Fox allegedly banged his head on the officer's cruiser, leaving a large dent on the door.Police charged Fox with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief.2:18 p.m. Wednesday — Tyler J. Evans, 27, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was found passed out in the driver's seat of his vehicle in the Bon Aire Plaza parking lot on Evans Road.Evans also faces charges of possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Sunday — Three people were arrested for driving under the influence during a roving patrol detail on Super Bowl Sunday.In all, 72 vehicles were stopped. Officers issued 42 traffic citations, wrote 51 warnings and made 15 identification checks. One warrant was served.
2:58 p.m. Thursday — Robert Amads, 29, of Grove City was arrested on a domestic relations warrant at a home in the 200 block of West Poplar Street.
Thursday — A thief stole a blue 1998 Yamaha YZF400 dirt bike that was chained to the front deck of a home on Latonka Drive in Jackson Township, Mercer County. The theft happened between Jan. 29 and Thursday.
