SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Joseph E. Bosle, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 21 by state police. Bosle was ordered to pay $2,794 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Nick C. Colovos, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed, driving without a valid inspection and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Nov. 26 by state police.

Evan N. Falce, 29, of Renfrew waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, ad public drunkenness, filed Nov. 13 by Penn Township police.

Hattie L. Henderson, 18, of Cleveland, Ohio, was held for court on charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Dec. 5 by Buffalo Township police.

Isaac C. Hollenberger, 22, of Cabot waived to court charges of delivering a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2 by state police.

Mark J. Kocon Jr., 24, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of causing an accident involving an injury, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failing to give information and render aid after an accident and a lane violation, filed Oct. 25 by state police.

Amber L. Marchlewski, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed Dec. 12 by state police.

Marsha A. Maurice, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, hit -and-run, driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation, filed Dec. 5 by state police.

Jeffrey P. McAfee, 35, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 19 by state police.

Jon P. Neely, 24, of Valencia was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, criminal mischief and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 14 by Middlesex Township police

Joshua J. Pelkofer, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of delivering a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2 by state police.

Joseph A. Ross, 21, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 9 by state police.

Ronnie A. Washington, 23, of Cleveland, Ohio was held for court on charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Dec. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Basham, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and public drunkenness, filed Nov. 13 by township police.Ricardo J. Cantera, 26, of Portersville waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Nov. 13 by township police.Shauna M. Cress, 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, causing an accident involving injury, causing an accident involving injury while not licensed, reckless endangerment, failing to stop and render aid after an accident, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving without a license, failing to stop at a red light, making an improper left turn, failing to keep right, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Dec. 10 by township police.Mark A. Dellen II, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 19 by township police.Kristopher M. Maloney, 24, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and driving with a faulty muffler, filed Dec. 10 by township police.Ronald A. Slomers, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, speeding, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 30 by state police.Dylan S. Tack, 20, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI by a minor and careless driving, filed Nov. 13 by township police.Terry V. Ulisky, 54, of Karns City pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving without a license, filed Oct. 15 by township police. Ulisky was ordered to pay $809 in fines and court costs.

Bellis, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of suspicion of driving under the influence, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and careless driving, filed Dec. 10Justin Sadler, 25, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and driving without headlights, filed Dec. 5.Heather M. Szwarc, 30, of Cabot waived to court two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, and a charge of tampering with records, filed Jan. 8.Jason H. Womack, 38, of Butler waived to court a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 19.Jessica A. Yurko, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft, filed Dec. 10.
