SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:
Madeline E. Fried-DeAngelis, 20, of Ligonier, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, driving with a suspended license and making an improper right turn, filed Nov. 5 by Slippery Rock police.
Taylor R. Hebb 19, of Baden, Beaver County, waived to court two counts of possessing a controlled substance, filed May 1 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Alexandria D. Lagnese, 20, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking and making an improper left turn, filed Nov. 5 by Slippery Rock police.
Daniel R. Puder, 18, of Harrison City, Westmoreland County, waived to court two counts each of delivering a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed May 30 by state police.
Tyler B. Rohrman, 22, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 26 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Steven Michael Ulyas, 40, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license, filed June 6 by state police.
Noah Tyler Rombold, 19, of Hermitage waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, underage drinking and minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, filed Sept. 9 by Slippery Rock University police.
Robert M. Morris Jr., 18, of Butler waived to court charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking, filed Oct. 1 by SRU police.
Clayton Robert Lee, 36, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 23 by state police.
Katherine J. Yova, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court two charges of forgery, 17 counts of theft by deception and one count of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 14 by Slippery Rock police.
