John Stephan Krstonich, 22, of Tarentum waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Justin E. McKivigan, 27, of Butler waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Sept. 23 charged him with possessing an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.
Holly Gay Branch, 44, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Oct. 9 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.
William Raymond Moon, 44, of Evans City waived his case to court. Evans City police on Oct. 22 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
Darin Edwin Gillott, 48, of Butler had his case held to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Robert Joseph Osselborn, 41, no address given, waived his case to court. The state police on Oct. 17 charged him with unauthorized use of an automobile.
