George P. Beatrice, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Nov. 5 by Butler Township police.

Bryan L. Conner, 25, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to charges of driving under suspension, reckless driving, driving on a divided highway, driving without insurance, careless driving, expired registration and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, filed Oct. 26 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $1,186 in fines and court costs.

Ashli M. Dove, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft, filed Nov. 14 by Butler Township police.

Timothy J. Fleischmann, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.

Mary S. Fotta, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 22 by Butler Township police.

John A. Glomb Jr., 20, of Valencia pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 11 by Butler County Community College campus police. He was sentenced to pay $781 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Paul W. Ledkins, 34, of Chicora waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Aug. 28 by Butler Township police.

Danielle R. Leight, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on roads laned for traffic and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.

Dillon S. Mayberry, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, harassment, DUI controlled substance, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and driving with a suspended license, filed Oct. 18 by Butler Township police.

Stone F. McDermont, 18, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving and driving with expired inspection, filed Nov. 16 by Butler Township police.

Daniel L. Miller, 56, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and speeding, filed Sept. 17 by Butler Township police.

Christine M. Petrarulo, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police. She was sentenced to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.

James A. Petrigni, 47, of Butler was held for court on a charge of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Oct. 22 by Butler Township police.

Ricky P. Rice, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI second offense, driving with suspended registration, driving without insurance, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to use turn signals and careless driving, filed Nov. 14 by Butler Township police.

Sasha M. Rucker, 18, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police, and was sentenced to pay $1,364 in fines, court costs and restitutions.

Sandra J. Sassone, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and duty to give info and render aid, filed Nov. 9 by Butler Township police.

Amy C. Walker, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 18 by Butler Township police.

Bobbie D. Wolfe, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft, filed Nov. 14 by Butler Township police.
