The Fennells in 1962

William and Alice Fennell of Karns City celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Shakespeare’s Restaurant and family vacation to Washington D.C.

Fennell married the former Alice Olcus on Dec. 15, 1962, at the Christian and Missionary Church of Chicora.

They have four children, Christina Double of East Brady, Jennifer Belles of Petrolia, William Fennell of Karns City and Roxanne Harp of Meadville.

They also have eight grandchildren.

Fennell is retired from Penreco.

Mrs. Fennell previously worked at Penreco.

The Fennells are members of St. Paul’s Community Church.
