Walters 50th anniversary
Larry and Patricia Walters of Evans City celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner in Pittsburgh.
Walters married the former Patricia Isaac on Dec. 8, 1962, at Middlesex Presbyterian Church in Nixon.
They have two children, Kimberly Williams of Butler and Jeff Walters of Evans City.
They also have five grandchildren.
Walters is the owner of Walters Auto Wrecking. He has been racing stock cars for 50 years, is co-founder and president of the Smallblock Modified Owner Drivers Association, a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Butler Lodge and the Valley of New Castle Shrine.
He enjoys restoring cars and trucks.
Mrs. Walters is a housewife and works at the Butler Farm Market. She enjoys cooking, baking and is a dedicated racing wife.
The Walterses are members of St. Johns Church and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
