3:35 p.m. Tuesday — Two Butler girls were cited for disorderly conduct after they got into a fight at the Butler Intermediate School. Police said the girls, 13 and 17 years old, are enrolled in the Butler Area School District's PAR Program, which is an alternative evening school for high school students at risk of dropping out.Wednesday — Police charged Michael E. Petrakian, 56, of Slippery Rock with driving under the influence and careless driving stemming from a Nov. 9 crash on Route 173 in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Petrakian drove into a mailbox and got his car stuck a on pile of rocks.Nov. 6 — An unknown vehicle struck a car at the Butler Veterinary Association parking lot on Route 8 in Center Township, and did not stop. The hit-and-run accident happened between 5:30 and 6 p.m.

6:11 p.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by William R. Lucas Jr., 23, of Sarver struck a deer on Route 28 in Harrison Township, Allegheny County.Nov. 3 — An unknown vandal in a vehicle broke the window of a high-lift and traveled through a recently-reclaimed strip mine area on Route 839 in Redbank Township. Amerikohl of Butler was doing the strip mine work, police said.The vandalism, between 4 p.m. Nov. 2 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 3, caused an estimated $1,700 in damage.
