Cy T. Hassinger, 19, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Sept. 22.
Anthony T. Horn, 26, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving over a divider, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 6.
Melissa M. Kasarda, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed May 12.
Steven J. Lauria, 46, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI and driving without rear lights, filed Sept. 18.

Barnes, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft by deception, filed July 3 by state police.Nathan L. Brown Jr., 19, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, altering identification, possessing firearms with altered manufacturer numbers, and possessing instruments of crime, filed Oct. 30 by state police.Stephanie R. Crawford, 31, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 25 by Saxonburg police.Ryan Q. Fenstermaker, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 12 by state police. Fenstermaker was ordered to pay $469 in fines and court costs.Kaitlyn N. Harigan, 20, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 4 by Saxonburg police.Jacob L. Hurrelbrink, 27, of Parker waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a lane violation, driving with only one working headlight, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 25 by state police.Brittany L. Legrand, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 13 by state police. Legrand was ordered to pay $450.50 in fines and court costs.Joan B. Goetz Moffat, 55, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed July 21 by state police.Michael T. Parison Jr., 32, of Allison Park waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance, an open container violation and a stop sign violation, filed Aug. 25 by Saxonburg police.
