Rotary to host pancake festival
LYNDORA — The Rotary Clubs of Butler are combining to host the 53rd annual Rotary Pancake Festival on Tuesday, Election Day, at The Vagabond Center on Whitestown Road.
All festival proceeds go to the Lifesteps Family Caring fund.
The festival will run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. with Rotarians serving all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage. It also will have crafts, children’s games, a bake sale, and basket auctions.
Pre-sale tickets are $6, with tickets at the door for $7. Children age 5 and younger eat for free.
Tickets are available from Rotary members or at Lifesteps’ central office at 383 New Castle Road.
Anyone who would like to volunteer time or donate baked good, crafts or items for the auction should call Tina Grossman, festival committee chairwoman, at 724-431-4203.
