The Butler County Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2013 Class of Leadership Butler County.
Leadership has been training business professionals in leadership, team work and county issues for 21 years. There are more than 400 alumni of the program.

Tri Rivers Surgical Associates has made two new hires: Dr. Anna Gaines, as a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, and Dr. Megan Groh Miller, as a primary care sports medicine specialist.Gaines sees patients in Tri Rivers' new office in Saxonburg and is the medical director for Tri Rivers Physical Therapy, which has offices in Butler and Cranberry Township.She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and completed her residency and internship at the UPMC Mercy Hospital Transitional Year Program.She lives in Highland Park.Miller is part of Tri Rivers' primary care sports medicine team and sees patients in Tri Rivers' Slippery Rock office. She also serves the Slippery Rock University and Slippery Rock High School athletics departments.During her fellowship training in sports medicine at the University of Medicine & Dentistry—Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, she served as a team physician for Rutgers and Princeton universities.Prior to her fellowship, Miller completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut and a residency in primary care internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Medical Center.
