CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Stephen A. Best, 46, of Emlenton, Venango County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Aug. 13.

Jordan B. Negley, 31, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 14. Negley was ordered to pay $550.50 in fines and court costs.

Jeffery R. Pratt, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, child endangerment, terroristic threats and three counts each of simple assault, indecent assault and reckless endangerment, filed Aug. 30.
