11:34 p.m. Saturday — James Ellenberger, 52, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle ended up stuck in a yard on East Brady Street.

11 p.m. Tuesday — Someone cut a padlock on a security gate at Valley Lines on Route 38 in Summit Township. Police noted there was no criminal activity reported on the property.7:44 p.m. Monday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Brenda Nagel, 50, of Pittsburgh and a car driven by Mary J. Crawford, 51, of Seneca, Venango County, collided at Route 8 and Brandon Road in Center Township. Police said Nagel was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

12:52 p.m. Tuesday — A Butler County man was one of seven people injured in a two-car wreck in Kittanning Township.The crash happened when a car driven by Roger D. Marsh, 56, of Bend, Ore., and a Peterbilt truck driven by Ronald J. Haluka, 41, of West Sunbury collided at Route 422 and Graham Road.The truck rolled over and struck a tree, spilling a load of sand it was hauling. Haluka was taken to ACMH Hospital near Kittanning with unknown injuries. Marsh was taken to the same hospital with minor injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.Five passengers, including three children, also were taken to ACMH and Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh with unknown injuries. All the passengers were either wearing seat belts or were in child safety seats.

5:06 p.m. Sunday — A hunter's trail camera caught a thief red-handed stealing a ground blind in a wooded area north of Route 208 and just west of Interstate 79 in Springfield Township. Police said they identified the suspect, 35-year-old Ronald S. Igersheim of Grove City, from photographs taken by the owner's trail camera set up near the hunting blind.Igersheim is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.Sept. 17 — An unknown thief stole an LG 32-inch television from a storage closet at the Comfort Inn on Garrett Drive in Springfield Township The TV, valued at $300, was taken between Sept. 15 and 17.
