CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police, unless otherwise noted:

David Eark Lytle Jr., 43, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on June 22 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jake Bradley Roach, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 2 charged him with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief.

Jordan Skylar Wilson, 16, of Marietta, Ohio, waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 5 charged him with interference with the custody of children, concealment of the whereabouts of a child and corruption of minors.

Ashley Brooks Donald, 26, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived her case to court. Police on July 27 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

Justin Thomas Campbell, 33, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Melissa Marie Taylor, 22, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Police on June 22 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Austin J. Malone, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on June 26 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Jon James Canogiani, 28, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on June 11 charged him with retail theft.

Ashley Marie Evans, 19, of Cranberry waived her case to court. Police on Sept. 7 charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryan Harding, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on June 25 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Rae Russell Burton III, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on July 5 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mark A. Tomaro, 35, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 28 charged him with criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, burglary, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Mark Anthony Tomaro, 35, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 16 charged him with theft by unlawful taking.

Sean P. McLaughlin, 34, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 28 charged him with criminal conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Angela Ophelia Bruno, 23, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on July 12 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Shelia Soos, 44, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 20 charged her with retail theft, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors and defiant trespass.

Leslie Jean Kmit, 46, of Conway waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 20 charged her with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Eric Joseph Avondo, 44, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on July 12 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aaron John Ilnicki, 33, of Allison Park waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 28 charged him with retail theft.

John Patrick Pribanic, 24, of McKeesport waived his case to court. Police on June 26 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

Shelly Marie McNamee, 41, of Portersville waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 16 charged her with retail theft.

John West Martin, 45, of Glenshaw waived his case to court. Police on June 25 charged him with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Thomas Wilson Jr., 49, of Cranberry waived his case to court. Police on June 25 charged him with criminal conspiracy, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Jennifer Kristen Voigt, 32, of Butler waived her case to court. Police on July 23 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Ginny L. Glatz, 50, of Valencia waived her case to court. Mars police on June 1 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Justin Randall Hilliard, 22, of Prospect waived his case to court. County detectives on July 13 charged him with escape and theft by unlawful taking.

Martin P. Tometsko, 42, of New Kensington waived his case to court. The state police on June 12 charged him with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Walter Michael Wojichowski, 33, of Harmony waived his case to court. Lancaster Township police on Aug. 17 charged him with driving with a suspended license, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, firearms not to be carried without a license and simple assault.

Douglas Michael Lamark, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Zelienople police on July 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joseph Eugene John, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on June 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
