BUTLER TWP — The following cases filed by Butler Township police recently were heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell:

Stephanie A. McCormick, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed July 24. McCormick also waived to court charges of retail theft and falsely incriminating another person, filed Aug. 27.

Robert Macvittie, 31, of Harmony waived to court two counts of theft by deception and two courts of bad checks, filed June 28.

Robert E. Lucas, 62, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to obey traffic controls and careless driving, filed July 9.

Jeffrey J. Achezinski, 54, of Butler waived to court DUI, failure to drive on the right side of the road and various driving law violations, filed July 23.

William V. Barone, 58, of Butler waived to court a charge retail theft, filed July 26.

Bryan K. Gressly, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 30.

Joshua P. Luchkiw, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving during suspension-DUI related, and several other summary driving offenses, filed July 31.

Jodi L. Elliott, 53, of Cabot waived to court a charge of DUI and two summary driving offenses, filed Aug. 6.

Joseph E. Orkwis, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 7.

Carrie L. Reid, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and driving during suspension.

Stephen M. Richards, 54, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Aug. 23, and paid a fine and costs totaling $439.

Diane Pusateri, 48, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness filed April 19, and paid a fine and costs totaling $481.
