Gerstner, Fischer
Kristina Gerstner and Jamie Fischer were united in marriage Aug. 18 at St. Fedelis Church in Meridian. The Rev. George Palick officiated. A reception followed at the The Days Inn.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas Gerstner Jr. and Karen Gerstner, both of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Robert and Linda Fischer of Fenelton.
The honor attendant was Victoria Gerstner of Butler. Bridesmaids included Wendy Fischer of Fenelton and Megan Macurak of Butler
The flower girl was Lela Gerstner of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Matthew Boyle of Fenelton. Ushers included Timothy Fischer of Fredericksburg, Va., and Aaron Macurak of Butler.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
She is employed as a investment fund accountant at Mellon Capital in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2004 and Indiana (Pa.) University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2008. He is employed as a client accounting and reporting specialist at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to Disney World, the couple is making their home in Cranberry Township.
