Sunday — Police reportedly charged Rebecca Ann Kasarda, 19, of Butler with drugged driving stemming from a traffic stop about 3 a.m. July 19 on West Cunningham Street.Police said when they stopped Kasarda, she was in a car parked in front of the Family Video store. She was later taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test.On Friday, investigators obtained the toxicology report, which showed in her blood system numerous drugs including marijuana, morphine and amphetamine, according to a police report.Police said Kasarda faces charges of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a small amount of marijuana.Sunday — Police said they have cited the mother of a man arrested last week after he led officers on a chase aboard a motorcycle.Linda Harris, 52, of Butler, the owner of the motorcycle, faces several tickets, including one for allowing 21-year-old Anthony Lee Harris of Butler to drive the bike with a suspended license.Anthony Harris was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly led police on a more than 13-mile high-speed chase in and out of the city.Police said that Linda Harris also faces citations for not having insurance on the cycle, having an expired license plate and altering the license plate.

Aug. 1 — An arrest warrant was issued for Michael E. Redmond, 43, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, following an investigation stemming from an incident Jan. 25 at the Venango County courthouse. Redmond is charged with perjury, corruption of minors and intimidation of a victim witness.

2:50 a.m. Saturday — Don A. Howell Jr., 43, of Saxonburg was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 near exit 12 in Springdale, Allegheny County.

6:40 a.m. Sunday — Kayla S. Bagnato, 19, of Gibsonia was hurt when the car she was driving crashed on Route 19 at Countryview Road in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. Bagnato, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police said she was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
