Butler Twp. Police10:06 p.m. Saturday — Jodi L. Elliott, 53, of Cabot was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on New Castle Road near VA Butler Healthcare medical center. Police also cited Elliott for driving too slow for conditions and careless driving.2:02 a.m. Saturday — Marcia S. Robinette, 49, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Saxonburg Road. Police also cited Robinette for not stopping at a red light and a lane violation.10:40 p.m. Thursday — Two people were hurt when cars driven by Dane Young, 17, and Matthew Kriley, no age given, both of Butler, collided at Mercer and Aubrey drives. A 17-year-old passenger in Young's car was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for a cut on the head.Additionally, Joan Wilbert, 78, of Butler, a passenger in Kriley's car, was taken to BMH with unknown injuries. Police said Young was cited for making an improper left turn.
Grove City PoliceSunday — Robert Todd Jackson, 41, of Grove City was arrested after a suspected domestic dispute. Jackson, who is charged with false imprisonment and two counts of simple assault, is free on $20,000 unsecured bail.
State Police, Butler6:36 p.m. Sunday — Kari R. Allen, 29, of Prospect was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her car struck a guardrail on Sawyer Road in Muddy Creek Township.2:10 a.m. Sunday — Aaron W. Patterson, 33, of Erie was arrested after he allegedly shoplifted two Slim Jim beef and cheese snacks from the Fairground Market on New Castle Road in Prospect.Patterson was arraigned on a felony count of retail theft because he has two prior convictions for the same crime, as well as charges of false identification to police and public drunkenness. He is in the Butler County Prison on $20,000 bail.10:55 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Gilbert E. Smith, 32, of Emlenton, Venango County, crashed into a tree along School Street south of Annisville Road in Bruin. Smith fled the scene after the crash, leaving behind his car.Police said Smith was cited for hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, failing to give information and render aid after an accident, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving without insurance, a lane violation and an open container violation.4:54 p.m. Saturday — Kelli J. Connolly, 40, and a 17-year-old girl, both of Butler, were injured when vehicles they were driving collided at Unionville and Election House roads in Franklin Township. Both drivers were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor head injuries; both were wearing seat belts. Police said Connolly was cited for a stop sign violation.1:15 a.m. Saturday — Melissa Tilton, 35, of Girard, Ohio, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her car struck a utility pole along West Park Road in Muddy Creek Township.
State Police, Mercer2:15 p.m. Monday — Cars driven by Mary J. Beatty, 85, and Jai S. Badger, 55, both of Grove City collided at West Main Street and West Main Street Extension in Pine Township. Police said Beatty was cited for a red light violation.
