Trixie Heck, Moniteau school board member, purchased her purse with a fall theme a year ago at 1154 LILL Studio in Boston. At the store, purse connoisseurs can design their own bags. Heck had visited the store a few times with her daughters and made other purses, but this one has stuck with her.
