SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jared Czech, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor and underage drinking, filed July 16 by Middlesex Township police.

Justin R. McGowan, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, speeding, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 26 by state police.

Eric J. Mulneix, 46, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed July 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Daniel R. Peluchette, 57, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and illegal possession a firearm, filed Oct. 13 by state police.

Kevin R. Randolph, 20, of Valencia was held for court on charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, resisting arrest, four counts of terroristic threats, three counts of disorderly conduct and two counts each of reckless driving and reckless endangerment, filed July 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Howard E. Widener Jr., 42, of Connellsville, Fayette County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police. Widener was ordered to pay $469 in fines and court costs.
