SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Paul A. Hartle, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 4 by state police.

Gary E. Hartzell, 46, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of filing false reports, unsworn falsification and permitting an unlicensed driver to drive, filed April 30 by Penn Township police.

Kimberly M. Kopp, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, filed June 4 by Penn Township police.

Mary Ann Larson, 56, of Renfrew waived to court two counts each of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 19 by Penn Township police.

Donna M. Spare, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief and public drunkenness, filed June 4 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Clifford L. Cranmer, 46, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving a vehicle with suspended registration, careless driving, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 19.David J. Cummings, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, identity theft and access device fraud, filed May 23.Mitchell A. Hilliard, 26, of Hilliards waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 15.James F. Pyles, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 16.
