BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jessica E. Cannon, 24, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving on roads laned for traffic and careless driving, filed June 1 by state police.

Benjamin W. Cleary, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed March 19 by Butler Township police. Cleary was sentenced to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.

Nathaniel R. Cleary, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, filed March 18 by Butler Township police. Cleary was sentenced to pay $826 in fines and court costs.

Kelly M. Cross, 19, of Lyndora waived to court three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 13 by Butler Township police.

Danialle L. DiGiacomo, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 23 by Butler Township police.

Krystal K. Krauchak, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 4 by state police.

Joshua A. Kuhns, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed June 19 by Butler County detectives.

Julie L. Lascuola, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 14 by Butler Township police.

Rocky A. Michael II, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 6 by Butler Township police.

Ryan C.P. Mullen, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy, filed April 24 by Butler Township police.

Douglas L. Robertson, 54, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 3 by Butler Township police.

Christopher W. Schmidt, 34, no address given, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 6 by Butler Township police.

Madalyn P. Somple, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy, filed April 24 by Butler Township police.
