The Stewarts in 1962

Don and Darla Stewart of Bruin celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Rose Haven Bed and Breakfast.

Stewart married the former Darla Walker on June 23, 1962, at Martinsburg Presbyterian Church in Bruin.

They have three children, Crystal Stewart of Bruin, Andrea Sedon of Russell and Angela Eyth of Butler.

They also have five grandchildren.

Stewart is a retired safety supervisor from Witco in Petrolia.Mrs. Stewart is a retired elementary school teacher.The Stewarts attend St. John's Reformed Church in Butler.
