Alton and Jean Davison

Alton and Jean Davison of Zelienople will celebrate 72 years of marriage today.

Davison married the former Jean Mickley on June 19, 1940, at their parent’s home.

They have two sons, James Davison of Harmony and Larry Davison of Kirkwood, Mo.

They also have four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Davison is retired from Dambauch Lumber and Supplies in Harmony, where he was a manager. He also worked as a wholesale building and supply salesman for 30 years.

Mrs. Davison is a homemaker.

The Davisons are members of St. Peter’s Reformed Church in Zelienople, where Davison was an elder and Sunday school superintendent and Mrs. Davison was a teacher and pianist.
