Saturday — A Lyndora woman told police that someone stole her purse from a friend's unlocked car that was parked between 2 and 4 a.m. at the Family Video parking lot in the 500 block of West Cunningham Street.The black Gucci purse contained the woman's identification and other personal information, $10 in currency and 36 pills of the drug Suboxone.

Sunday — Two bicycles owned by a Rimersburg woman were stolen overnight from outside a home at Hillside Apartments in Clarion Township. Both are 20-inch, Mongoose models. One bike is purple and white; the other is black and white. The bikes are valued at a combined $219.

6:10 a.m. Saturday — Jacob D. Christy, 21, of Sarver was hurt when the car he was driving struck a traffic sign and tree before traveling 50 feet down along Sarver Road just south of Ridgeview Road in South Buffalo Township. Christy, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Police said he was cited for a lane violation.2:46 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Jessica R. Corso, 22, of Freeport struck a deer on the Route 422 on-ramp just west of Old Road Route 28 in East Franklin Township.5:23 p.m. Thursday — Calvin L. Crissman, no age given, of Templeton was hurt when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into an embankment on River Road in Boggs Township. Crissman was taken to ACMH Hospital in Kittanning with minor injuries to his right left and foot.Wednesday — Someone stole six handguns from a home on Freeport Road in North Buffalo Township. The theft happened between Jan. 1 and Wednesday.

4 p.m. Saturday — Four Erie teenagers are being sought in connection with the theft of more than $900 worth of merchandise from four stores at Premium Outlets in Springfield Township.Police have arrest warrants for the suspects, Stacey N. Brothers, 19; Danesha S. Taylor, 19; and two girls who were not identified.
