POLICE REPORT

These items have been collected from various police departments.

3:45 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Cindy L. Codispot, 42, of Butler and a car driven by Elaine D. George, 64, of Butler collided at the intersection of South Monroe street and Maple Avenue. Codispot suffered moderate injuries.

7:54 a.m. Tuesday — Township police are investigating a Dumpster fire that occurred behind Aldi Foods at Butler Commons. Greenwood Village VFD responded and extinguished the fire before any property was damaged.12:02 p.m. Sunday — An SUV driven by Tonya Blank, 35, of Mars and an SUV driven by Ronald Weitzel, 63, of Butler collided at the intersection of Route 68 and Meridian Road. Weitzel suffered a minor injury and Blank was cited for failure to obey traffic control signals.

Monday — Cash was found on the sidewalk on College Avenue near South Broad Street. Anyone claiming the money can contact Grove City police and must identify the denominations.7:40 p.m. Sunday — Craig R. Sickafuse, 42, of New Castle was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop for speeding on South Center Street.5 a.m. Saturday — Someone stole a black, 16 GB iPod Touch from a car parked behind 437 McConnell St. between 10 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Saturday. Anyone with information should call police.

10:40 p.m. Friday — An unknown vehicle struck from behind a car driven by Linda L. Christie, 70, of Petrolia while Christie was stopped at the temporary traffic signal on Route 68 near Pine Run Road. The hit-and-run vehicle then turned around and fled east on Route 68. Christie and two passengers in her car were not injured.
