Parr 90th birthday
Pauline Geible Birckbichler Parr of Kokomo, Ind., celebrated her 90th birthday with an open house Jan. 15 at Primrose Retirement Village in Kokomo.
The former Pauline Geible was born Jan. 13, 1922, in Butler. She was married to the late Sylvester Birckbichler and is married to Bernie Parr.
She has three children, Theresa Troutman of Hilliards, Lou Birckbichler of Chicora and Peggy McCorkle of Butler. Another son, Richard Birckbichler, is deceased. She also has a stepson, Greg Parr of Indiana. She has 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Parr is retired, but she is the hostess for events at Primrose Retirement Village. She enjoys crocheting, crossword puzzles, cryptograms and spending time with her family.
She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Guild and served as a bingo caller, all in Port Charlotte, Fla.
