Harrisville Community Band performs its annual spring concert at 7 p.m. Friday at the Harrisville Fire Hall. The band will play a variety of songs, including “Cold Brook March,” “A Crooner's Serenade,” “Vaudeville Favorites,” “Wizard of Oz Highlights” and “A Hymn Tune Trilogy.” Admission is free. The volunteer firefighters will have refreshments for sale.
Three Rivers Ringers will have a concert at 8 p.m. Saturday at St. John's United Church of Christ, 501 E. Main St. This concert will feature both secular and sacred music with a selection including America's wide variety of musical styles like ragtime, jazz, blues, folk, hymn tunes and patriotic songs. Admission is free, but offerings will be accepted for the Three Rivers Ringers travel budget. Call 412-508-8405.
<B>British band Squeeze</B>, best known in the ’80s for “Tempted,” “Cool for Cats” and “Black Coffee in Bed,” will perform April 26 at the Carnegie Library Music Hall of Homestead, 510 E. 10th Ave., Munhall.
