3:33 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Nicolette R. Strickler, 33, of Wampum, Lawrence County, struck the front bumper of a car parked on Fairview Avenue. Police said Strickler was cited for careless driving.

2 p.m. Saturday — Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision in Connoquenessing Township. The crash happened when sport utility vehicles driven by Kristen Lauster, 46, and Bertha F. Lawton, 68, both of Butler, collided at Route 68 and Eagle Mill Road.Both drivers were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries. Deborah Swartzlander, 55, of Butler, a passenger in Lawton‘s vehicle, suffered minor injuries. All three occupants were wearing seat belts.Lauster, police said, was cited for a red light violation.4:21 p.m. Friday — A 12-year-old boy was injured when a car struck him on Fairmont Road in Fairview Township. Police said the boy, who they did not identify, was running toward the Dollar General store when he was hit by a car driven by Donna L. Anderson, 70, of Petrolia.A medical helicopter flew the boy to an unspecified hospital. The extent of the youth's injuries were not known, according to a police report.7:25 p.m. Thursday — Daniel L. Stitt, 53, of Chicora was hurt when the motorcycle he was driving struck a deer on East Slippery Road in Donegal Township. The cycle after hitting the deer slid on the road for about 100 feet.A medical helicopter flew Stitt to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh with moderate injuries. Stitt was wearing a helmet.2:58 a.m. Thursday — Deborah Koss, 57, of Fenelton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.1 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Brittany N. Geibel, 24, of Fenelton struck an embankment on Kaylor Road just west of Walnut Road in Fairview Township. Police said Geibel was cited for driving an at unsafe speed.

9:47 p.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Andrea Markilinski, 17, of Ford City crashed into a guardrail on Fort Run Road in Manor Township.11:19 p.m. Friday — Pete S. Douglass Jr., 30, of East Brady was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 just north of the Tarentum/New Kensington exit in Harrison Township, Allegheny County.4 p.m. Friday — Two people were hurt when sport utility vehicles driven by Amy C. Grafton, 43, of Kittanning and David A. Thompson, 60, of Templeton collided at Route 422 and Glade Run Road in East Franklin Township.Thompson and his passenger, Sandra Gaskell, 64, of Templeton, who were both wearing seat belts, were taken to ACMH Hospital in Kittanning with minor injuries. Police said Grafton was cited for making an improper left turn.
