Gretchen Dron graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University in May with a bachelor of science in education with a major in elementary education and a minor in mathematics.She received the Faculty Excellence Award in Elementary Education and the School of Education Dean’s Teaching Fellows Award.Dron is employed by the Butler School District as a second grade teacher at Connoquenessing Elementary School.She is a 2007 graduate from Butler High School and the daughter of Michael and Wendy Dron.
