The Webers in 1962

Lee and Phyllis Weber of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Weber married the former Phyllis Rettig on Jan. 20, 1962, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have two sons, Jeffrey Weber and Scott Weber, both of Penn Township.

They also have two grandsons.

Weber is retired from Butler County Prison and worked for Pullman Standard.

He is a partner in Weber's Rentals and Real Estate in Butler.

Mrs. Weber is a retired beauty adviser for Troutman's and J.C. Penney's.She volunteers at the Butler Hospital gift shop.The Webers are members of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church and volunteers for Special Olympics.
