Butler Police
4:20 a.m. Monday — Eric S. Pilarski, 31, of Butler allegedly violated a protection from abuse order after showing up at a West Quarry Street home. Pilarski was arrested on a charged of indirect criminal contempt, and placed in the Butler County Prison.
State Police, Butler
5:30 a.m. Friday — Michael A. Fallecker, 23, of Valencia was hurt when the sport utility vehicle he was driving crashed into two trees and a fence along Sandy Hill Road in Middlesex Township.
Fallecker, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to UPMC Passavant Cranberry with moderate injuries. Police said he was cited for a lane violation.
6:30 p.m. Thursday — An unidentified vehicle struck a car in the parking lot at T.J. Hideaway on Spithaler Road in Forward Township, and did not stop after the crash.
9 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Ashley M. Rupert, 23, of Worthington, Armstrong County, struck the back of a pickup truck on Route 268 in Parker Township. Bryan M. Houghtalen, 27, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, was driving the pickup.
7:15 a.m. Thursday — Elizabeth N. Ferris, 17, of Parker was hurt when the car she was driving hit the back of a sport utility truck on Route 268 just south of Park Drive in Karns City.
Ferris, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Police said she was cited for driving at an unsafe speed. Brady D. Ellenberger, 18, of Karns City was driving the truck.
Thursday — Park D. Lutton Jr., 36, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was arrested on charges he violated a Butler woman’s protection from abuse order when he called her at an East Butler business. Police said Lutton was charged with the PFA violation, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.
2:35 p.m. Wednesday — Two women were injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Connoquenessing Township.
Police said the crash happened when a car driven by Andrea N. Harcar, 26, of Butler failed to stop at a red light and collided with an SUV at Route 68 and Whitestown Road.
Harcar suffered minor injuries. Carla L. Tanner, 52, of Lowellville, Ohio, the SUV driver, suffered moderate injuries. Both women were wearing seat belts. Police said Harcar was cited for a red light violation.
