Wilson 50th anniversary
Phillip and Joyce Wilson of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with an open house Aug. 21.
Wilson married the former Joyce Easley Aug. 19, 1961, at Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora.
They have five children, Mary Beth Harmon of Butler, Kathleen Smith of Renfrew, Sharon Wilson of Butler, Corinne Vincent of Saltsburg and Phillip Wilson of Worthington.
They also have 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Wilson retired as a salesman from George J. Howe Co. in Grove City.
He works doing lawn maintenance for St. Michael the Archangel Church.
Mrs. Wilson was membership coordinator for the Butler Family YMCA.
She volunteers as a CCD teacher.
The Wilsons are members of St. Michael the Archangel and serve as an Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist.
